Thank you JP for your message above. Yes ... the storm will cause havoc here in the Raleigh NC area where I reside. Many here are not experienced with driving in snow and ice. (I was raised in Chicago and know how to deal with it.) ... Regarding "staying warm", my lessons are wear a good hat (because your body heat escapes from your head) and keep your feet dry wearing boots or shoe covers).
