My firm provides advisory services to organizations, consulting firms, and software vendors with their challenges to get started, implement, and get leverage from enterprise and corporate performance management (EPM/CPM) methods such as activity-based costing (ABC), customer profitability and value analysis, analytics, capacity-sensitive driver-based rolling financial forecasts, strategy maps, balanced scorecards (strategic KPIs), dashboards (operational PIs), and enterprise risk management (ERM).
