Management Control Systems/Controllership
Had an interesting conversation today that tied with some course prep I'm doing a bit that has me thinking, how do we teach Management Control Systems (MCS), or what in Europe is often called Controllership. A seminar-ish course I teach has become largely about MCS but to get a decent textbook, I've had to get an international text (and cause some stress for my publisher).
So, how do you teach MCS or Controllership at your school? Or do you?
