Registration is now open for PACE’s January 2022 Town Hall Discussion on “How can the budget process be made more meaningful?”
The traditional budget process has suffered from a host of shortcomings, including unrealistic, static projections; negotiations that strain organizational ethics; unrealistic top-down mandates; wasteful year-end spending; and many more. This PACE discussion will begin with a discussion of the problems and some possible solutions. BUT what this discussion really seeks to do is facilitate sharing among interested PACE followers. So bring your improvements, successes and failures you learned from, and innovative processes to share with your PACE peers. Learn from others' experiences and jump-start your next innovation!
