I'm a founding member of the Profitability Analytics Center for Excellence. I'm the Executive Director of the Resource Consumption Accounting (RCA) Institute, a former Global Chairman of the Board of IMA, a member of the International Federation of Accountants Professional Accountants in Business Committee (6 yr term til 12/31/2020), and a former member of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards Board. I retired as a Captain in the US Coast Guard (28 yrs), worked for Deloitte as a Senior Business Advisor, and have written a bi-monthly Finance View column for Automation World magazine for 10+ years.

This topic is a little off topic for me. I much prefer Profitability, Cost, or Revenue management issues.....BUT people are the most critical resource.
