Here's a question: On a recent webinar, attendees were asked what aspect of Profitability Analytics is most concerning in their organization. Possible answers included revenue management, cost management, investment management, and other concerns. In this poll cost management slightly beat out revenue management, with investment management a distant third.
What aspect of Profitability Analytics is of most concern in your organization and why?

I think the poll's results reflect the fact that the PACE membership remain focused on profit as a result and not a cause. Specifically, if one manages costs and revenue properly (i.e., predictively), a good profit will be the result. Do you agree?
