Designing Accounting and Finance Tools that Support Revenue Management Processes in Organizations. In 2020 members of PACE authored the IMA Statement on Management Accounting “Revenue Management Fundamentals.” Since that time PACE has been publishing webinars and articles on the four levers of Revenue Management: Pricing basis, Inventory allocation, Product configuration, and Duration control. Once accounting and finance professionals understand these important levers, the next step is designing and deploying finance tools and measures that support Revenue Management levers in their organizations. This town hall is provided to facilitate a solution-oriented discussion around Revenue Management opportunities and challenges, and then explore finance tools that address the four Revenue Management levers.
